yesterday supposed to stay at home, in case of my AV. ended up, she didnt come so..... decided to go for a mini movie marathon. lol.

managed to jio claire and pretty boy for 2 movies. HENG!

1st movie: the beat that my heart skipped w/ claire.
the show was not bad, well, i like watching shows similar to that, i lik choir boys too. yes, another french show. haha. but i think 'the pianist' was better. because it left the deepest impression on me esp when he was playing for the general (d so-called enemy). haven watched that show before? go rent it or something, u'll get wot i mean. this show, 'the beat....' was not too bad too. kinda lik telling of his struggles w/ his personal life, his dad, his job, his passion for piano and how he and the piano teacher communicate - teacher doesnt speak french u see..

2nd movie: S-11 w/ pretty boy.
its a local show and im glad i caught it (thanks to clift who pointed out that show then). 1 thing that makes it special was... it had only ONE time slot for it. meaning, catch it or never. ^^
not bad, as they talk about the lives of 3 different people, showed u how unlucky one can get. 'wot is yours wil be yours...' lol. alot of swearing and some bits i think was crap but it had touch of humor to it. kinda lik 'imagine if you are a hero.. wot will u do?' lol.. isnt that wot everyone will at least think about? not if you are a hero but 'imagine if you.....' u know? thumbs up.

oh, sorry jaja, lol. about the hike in tickets. there wasnt any increase of $$ in movie tix. but because both of my shows were @ the picture house (it was cool because they put your tix in the cover lik thingy. next time take pic and show.). there, i think was worth watchin on weekends, only an additional 50c - 10bucks for that show. no food and drinks in PH and the seats there were quite comfortable. funny thing was, the seats at row B was rather cold but at row A werent that cold AND it was quite IRRITATING when the staffs kept coming in and out of the theatre! wanna concentrate also cannot! muz write to feedback. =P

theatre @ the picture house and at the grand cathay were quite different. GC - tix cost the same, PH.. lik i'd pointed out. GC - quite big and looked more lik a threatre instead of a cinema lol.. w/ the spotlights running here and there.. they made such a big deal abt d PH where there's nothing much. only that there's a lounge for u to sit in and eat/chat till your show starts..

OH! nearly forgot.. PH do not have any commercials, hence they start on the dot! so dont be late. haha.

yep, saw clift and was sitting behind him nia.. -.-
should have kick his seat alil.. *evil grins*

sigh.. im missing chris........... wanted to call him out after my last show, to mayb meet at blooies and sit and chit chat.. but i think mayb he's w/ his gf.. anyway lucky i didnt. coz early morning, my AV come surprise attack. -.-

now damn sleepy.... kao.

i think next sunday go chiong another few shows that i'd like to catch.
