The feeling of being sick sucks, especially if you are coughing away as there's a tendency of making you cough till you puke! And I HATE vomiting. Time to see a doctor and be on sick leave..

Finally! A meetup with my secondary school friends. :D
XiaoBai, Bel and I went to catch a show first... Which I'd forgotten what movie was that... Which Jw came to join us after his lessons. After dinner, we went to find a place to play PICTIONARY!!! Thanks to Jw for buying that game and sharing it with us! :D
We'd managed to find a spot near Ice Cold Beer @ SMU to play our game. I guess we were the noisiest of the lot and hopefully we did not disturb some of the students there. :P
The super FUN game we were playing! However, I'd just realised that the game cannot be played for too many times otherwise it'll be kinda boring..
Can anyone guess what Bel is drawing?

End of the game, till now, Jw and Xiaobai are disturbing Bel and I because of ONE drawing. Well, she's supposed to draw something under "Animal" category and the moment she drew two lines, I shouted "MONKEY!!" And yep, I got it correct and Jw & Xiaobai cannot stop disturbing us from then.
Oh... And before I forget, it's an Eiffel Tower that Bel is drawing. hehe.

Dajie has a dining voucher which will end on the day itself so she gathered Jeremy and I to have dinner at Prego together. I was lazy to move my butt initially but went anyway since it has been some time since dajie and I last went out together.

I guess Hippo must be really mad and decided to teach Cactuar a lesson by biting on of his arm! Gasp!!! Hippo is really brave as... he's not afraid of Cactuar's 1000 needles!!! O.O

Funny eh? As I did not even bother to rearrange them. Pardon me for the blurry photos as I'd just gotten my new bold II and was kinda lazy to remove the plastic piece covering the camera and flash. The plastic disappear on its own anyway..

It all started when I went for WCG 2005, Singapore was the host country then. I happened to see this exciting CS match between Team EG and Team3D. Why did it leave such a deep impression on me? Because of the teams' name!!! It was so close and the match was so exciting that you'll miss a lot if you blink!
So, I went to check up on the players for both teams and..... I saw Matthew Stevenson. Yes, I became the stalker and check up on the matches he took part in and suddenly he stopped participating in WCG and there's no news on him.
This is the fella.
Cute eh? So I was looking through some really old pictures especially those taken with Cat, Vivi, "Claire", Master Lil, etc. Pictures taken while playing FFXI (it was so fun and damn hilarious too when I saw the so-called romantic story that I want to make with Keigo. Somehow I can't remember which folder did I place it in and can't find it now). And I saw that photo again. Matt Stevenson. *Gasp!*
My stalker instinct returned and I decided to dig further. And then I found out WHY did he stop playing in WCG. That was because he'd gone PRO and joined Chicago Chimera instead! That's why. And which also explains why the new player's surname was similar to Matt's in WCG! They are brothers. Further digging reveals his "more recent" photos. Boy did he not change much except for his older and mature look. Wo Xi Huan!! Lol. Decided to do something since an inspiration just popped up. Photoshopped the photos (though it wasn't done well enough, lazy + tired) and came up with this! Gahahahahahahahaaaa!!!
Just nice hor? I happened to be carrying baby Giselle and the angle was just nice. Niceeeeeee. I think I'm gonna add one more wishlist. Ha! Hmm, my stalking continues? Nah, I think I have enough info for a night. Either he's pretty low profile or there's not much coverage on gaming issues, I can't even find him on wiki! If I get to see him in person, I'll definitely GRILL him and post up a wiki for him! Lalalalalalala~*

I wonder, what does a pro gamer do? I mean, they play games competitively, but how do they earn $ from there? If you win a match, you earn $ or ? How do they split the money up then? I mean, it's similar to the people taking part in sports meet, football players, etc?
Oh oh! I'm happy because I know where to go during my Japan trip! All thanks to a customer who gave me an idea. I shall try the open jaw journey and to start from South! :D
So can't wait to tell Wen-di about this when she's back from visiting!!!!!

I'm not sure if I'd ever post this before... but my mind seems to be thinking about it (again).
Why do some companies regard paper qualifications more as compared to those with years of working experience? Does a fresh grad can fare better than someone experienced? Or its cheaper to hire a fresh grad and to train them instead?
Does the company even consider or take a look at the applicant's resume or just chuck it aside or throw it away without giving it a second glance just because the applicant do not meet its requirement - degree?
Does it not cost more by hiring someone who do not hold a certificate relevant to the job that they are applying for just because he/she is a degree holder? And having to train that person?
if that's the case, why not hire the experienced person and send them for training to get the specialised cert or something if they do not mind settling for a lower pay just because of the qualification issue? At least they'll get the job done while at the same thing they can learn more things right?

Updates!!
I'd finally replaced my Javelin with Bold 9700! Been wanting to do that for some time but couldn't find a useable line. Abit ser bu de to lose my Javelin but I needed 3G badly. Bold II gave me some problems initially. Mainly the data issues which I'd managed to transfer important datas and wipe out the contents for Javelin.
Spent 4 hours of trying to do up my new bold II (and left me sleeping with frustration, address book was not sync up as it was all set macro-ed nicely with contacts, email and dob with the old phone), which I ended up with 4 hours of sleep before I wake up and go to work (which turns out to be an extremely busy day).
Having to reinstall BBM, Google Maps, etc.
Eventhough I'd tested out the buttons for Bold II but never did I expect it to be that tough to do messaging with it! Perhaps I'll need to get use to the new keypads, but it's much quieter as compared to Javelin which goes piak piak piak piak when I typed too fast and too much.
So just last night, I'd managed to sync up my contacts, memo and calenders! Not only did I do it in less than 4hours but I get to sleep peacefully then with all my data intact! Woohoooo!
To think I had wanted to wipe out and re-format my bb again. Phew~
What I do not understand is.. Why would someone whom you do not keep in contact with want to send a request to be added in, like msn or even facebook? It seems like some people will have up to 300 friends or even 1000! Do they even keep in contact with all of them? What is the purpose or reason behind it? Just to add someone for the sake of adding? Or just to add a collection to their "friends" category?
I was looking at new pcs and saw that Fujitsu had launched a new desktop! Boy am I so tempted to get it!!!

As well as how much will it cost if I get it fixed up with 500gb HDD + Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor E7600/E8600 + 4gb RAM (I wonder if I can increase it to 8gb.. eventhough they put 4gb as the max..)
And its a new year.. (heh, Lunar New Year lah).. I'd do up my wish list again. :P

Quick Post.
Thoughts that flooded my head when I first heard this song when playing GH was.. The lead singer was a female. It was until I found their MV on Youtube and saw the lead singer looked like a guy .. then no, is a girl 'cause she looked pretty.. saw "her" chest and went.. he's a GUY! But wait.. he looked like he has boobs.. ugh.. guy or girl?? So I went to google this band and found out that is actually a guy. But.. he looked so pretty and I mean there can be girls who has had hoarse voice no?
