juz installed my new sound card since the old one aint working but seems lik there's some problems w/ it... =
trying to solve it. wanted to install my dvd too but... decided to wait till i fix up my new pc then i'll put everything together. ok... im lazy...
supposed to meet uncle for dinner at ec de... my LAKSA n SATAY!!!! but it was raining heavily.... and the place, which was full of SAND will be kinda sticky and wet.. so decided to postpone. sad ah...
think i nd to reformat this pc real soon.. once i'd backup my stuffs. =

oh ya! watched 'Snakes on the Plane' and 'Pretty Persuasion'. Snakes was quite nice, quite lik Sammuel L Jackson's acting was quite good. v man! hur hur. but if u dont quite lik those er xin kinda stuffs, i'd advise you to give it a skip coz theres alot lah.. think i lik this show partly coz theres not alot of those romance kinda stuffs u know? wher the 'hero' gets the babe and kisses her n such. its crap lah. this show dont really have lor, yay yay!! i'll give it 9/10 coz they used snakes instead of human fighting. interesting. and the gore... hur hur.
Pretty Persuasion was not too bad too. i find the story is kinda like hard candy lor. though its not about 'cutting balls' and psychotic stuffs but theres some story behind it lor. can consider watching. 8/10.
oh!! did i mention that i went to collect my NEW passport (pp) ytd? coz i heard that the biometric pp started a week after i went to make, and then i heard that ppl went to make biometric pp on the same day i went to make, and the form that i'd filled up was titled 'Biometric PP' lor.. so i was confused lah. went to the counter, and asked the pretty lady whether was it the normal pp, she said no. it was the biometric one. dont quite lik it coz muz take extreme care. u think, ppl lik me, will b so gentle meh? so scare that i'll forget and put pp in my butt pocket and sat on it and 'PIAK!'. die.... the card crack, bye bye sg liao. annkia juz sent me a really old pic... which was taken during sec 3... oh, how did i know? coz i went to find that pic and found it and there i put a note, saying that d pic was taken during my sec 3's class bbq? haha.. i had long hair then..
during poly i did keep long hair too till i cut it. haha..
kinda like.. very huai nian those old times. i saw the pics taken during one of the CNY's at chris' house..man... pics from kindergarten till poly till now.. ok. now i do not have any because it was all taken w/ a digital camera.. BUT ima gonna print it out. its kinda better, to see the pics on hard copy form instead of soft copy no?
thinking of sorting pics then inviting my buddies over. look throu the pics, and laugh over it together... haha... time flies... people changed so much. sigh. to think we were still in sch, and now.. all of us were working, some pursuing their degree when xiang dan nian, we were thinkg about N/O levels only.....

smsed him on sunday, monday then he asked where and wot show are we watching... lousy boy. time to change hp le!!
oh well, i forgot wots my last post dated... *went to check*
went to catch s show last sunday w/ claire and clift. watched....... Ghost Game. i dont know wot to comment on it lor... its kinda predictable. its like the 'official scare ppl' tactic lidat. everytime they wanna scare ppl, they juz suddenly screen the scary face, put on the scary music, etc... sigh. ya, psychological attack. =P
but its kinda funny in some parts, which reminded me of the show i'd caught w/ friends. i think its... some korean horror show where the 'lady' crawl w/ this weird sound. we ended up being the only group who were laughing out loud.
it was.... A VERY IRRITATING SHOW btw. dunno y, i always so darn suay. next time die die also muz sit by the aisle. sat beisde this group of girls who juz cant seemed to stop talking throughout the show! its lik, do they have to discuss about the show while watching it??????
yes, my imagination:
grab the girl and slap her 100times. or.... no. i hate slapping ppl. i'll PUNCH her in her face. that's better. punch her and tell her to diam diam.
such coincidence, i saw....... SAN SAN! ya, damn surprised and ya, she din really change much. haha. really long time bo see her and... wah lau, of all things, we were watching the same show. imagine if i'd stayed in the cine w/ clift and see the credits.. i'd have missed her!!

yesterday, alson called. sigh, missed him so much too. >.<
we managed to arrange to meet up next week. YAY!! and listen to him complaining about his 'almost invisible' belly.. -.-

put story short bah. i was the EARLIEST, followed by will? anyway, the 2 of us were the earliest. claire.. as usual.. late. hur hur. so tai tai. oh yah!!! taka's mac selling milk shake!!!! yep yep!! finally get to try the strawberry milkshake since the one at centrepoint dont sell, then.
went over to partyworld after dinner and found ourselves a room. nic came over later. took some pics and later,....... ys came over to join us. HAHAH!!

oh, why i still go eat there last night huh? coz i tot their standard will change mah. last time it used to taste better lor. dunno why, now it juz taste lik shit. think no more of that sakae sushi liao. cheap? hur hur. d jp restaurant at my place cost about the same and it tasted better ok?

well, updates from sunday's de. ^^
earlier in d morning went to uncle david's house for family gathering. saw my baby nephew!! wow, he'd grown bigger liao. so cute.. esp when he's sleeping. sigh. xin fu de xiao bao bao.
dad dropped me n dajie @ suntec. went over to look for claire, while on the way up in the elevator, there's an uncle who suddenly asked me whether was it the last day today. i said ya. and from there, we chatted alil abit wcg as i think its his first time there. haha.
it was the last match and ending soon by the time i reached and it was SG vs THAILAND. quite an exciting match though i have yet to touch dota so dont really have much of an idea how it goes but saw d game before. quite an exciting one and YES! SG WON!!!! lol. there was a prize winning ceremony, oh! before that, while waiting for the vips to arrive, there was a short competition for NFS held by xbox and the winner get to walk away with the limited xxx. dont really remember what was it liao lol. but i know they both had this silver box from xbox. went there w/ empty hands, went home full of goodies. feel so lik ambushing them and steal it. lol.
introducing and getting the vips to give a short talk. namely the guy from MDA, Samsung and dunno where le. ^^;

an unknown team. m embarrassed to say, that initially i thought they were d winners from dota... coz i heard the interviewer asking them to describe the feeling after thrashing thailand.. haha! and at that time, SG was playing against thai! oh well, i love their jacket, can i have it? ^^; am gonna find out which team was this.. coz i was unable to find it through wcg itself. they update rather slow. too slow in fact. perhaps they should consider hiring me? keke. i update on the dot de. =P
well, after the cosplay thingy, we went back in and watch the closing ceremony. they introduced MONZA, ITALY! sigh, i WANNA GO THERE!
my goal for 2007 - save up $$ for WCG 2007! hur hur hur! interested? start saving up bah. go w/ meeeEE!!

its kinda sad and disappointg when the em cee was trying to 'hint' us to shout out our country when she said 'the winning country for Asian Championship ...'. not exact words lah and she dropped huge hints that its SG lor. yet, no one shouted that out and she gotta say it. i wanted to shout too but i think i gotta brush up on my 'thick skinness' first.
i thought the friends of the dancing competitors will helped to cheer or something, ended up they went diam diam. -.-"
WHY? at least show some supports mah. it was even worse when they announced that aus won 1st in a game, their small nos of players cheered loudly. u can even see the BIG DIFF lor. no one there was that enthu. WHY?
team zenith. all 17s and 1 20s. juz bought playworks today and so nice, saw their interview. haha. was rather shocked to see that they were THAT young lor. hahaha. ok lah, shy, can understand liao. but at least they were alot better than the other group.

MY most memorable day.. coz I GET TO HOLD THE TROPHY! haha. jealous? i was soooo nervous that i'll drop it and quickly throw it back to him. kinda regret lah. haaha. happy leh. and mayb coz of his experiences, that he was an 'old hand' at this, so overall, i find him the friendliest lor. smile in pic, warm handshake and patient (thanks to claire's shaky hands lol).

so fast that it ended, now im feeling abit of loss when wcg AC ended.. its lik back to last yr.. feelg that 'moodiness' again. sigh.. >.>
earlier in d morning went to uncle david's house for family gathering. saw my baby nephew!! wow, he'd grown bigger liao. so cute.. esp when he's sleeping. sigh. xin fu de xiao bao bao.
dad dropped me n dajie @ suntec. went over to look for claire, while on the way up in the elevator, there's an uncle who suddenly asked me whether was it the last day today. i said ya. and from there, we chatted alil abit wcg as i think its his first time there. haha.
it was the last match and ending soon by the time i reached and it was SG vs THAILAND. quite an exciting match though i have yet to touch dota so dont really have much of an idea how it goes but saw d game before. quite an exciting one and YES! SG WON!!!! lol. there was a prize winning ceremony, oh! before that, while waiting for the vips to arrive, there was a short competition for NFS held by xbox and the winner get to walk away with the limited xxx. dont really remember what was it liao lol. but i know they both had this silver box from xbox. went there w/ empty hands, went home full of goodies. feel so lik ambushing them and steal it. lol.
introducing and getting the vips to give a short talk. namely the guy from MDA, Samsung and dunno where le. ^^;

i'd forgotten wot i'd wrote for WCG Saturday. anyway, there was cosplay on that day. did i mention that the area was smaller than last yr's coz this yr's its only AC (aka Asian Championship). participating countries were:
- Australia
- China
- Indonesia
- India
- Malaysia
- New Zealand
- Phllippines
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
yep, if you'd noticed, there's no JP nor KR.
hmm, the atmosphere wasnt the same as last yr and there were lesser booths? not really sure but coz well, its AC only here. but nevertheless, i'm still going there to abosrb the WCG's event(?). hur hur hur. the crowd was lesser this time and they implement a skateboarding event/competition. dont ask me, coz i wasnt really interested in that kinda stuffs. yep, my attention was all fixed onto the gamers. yes yes, though i missed quite a nos of matches. mayb coz my canadian guy wasnt playing, so im not really interested in cs.. =P
jaja and i were there early, ok, jaja was the earliest followed by me then tai tai. i cant really recalled wot did we do, but i know we spent the MOST time at the xbox section playing the game and yes, im hooked onto the game 'PING PONG'.
since there's only the 2 of us till our tai tai arrives, i took pics of... hur hur.

hmmm, after the cosplay, met up w/ clift awhile. tried the banana chips today (TODAY!) and it was yummylicious!!! lol. ya.. was thinkg, "lucky he din buy d black one.. coz this one tasted good too. honey coated. yum yum!". oh.. and wot happened to the tee shirt huh? abit 'bu ser de' wash.. scare wait helper wash spoil... ^^;
oh, it was very handy sia! lol. we went to catch this show 'Tokyo Drift' and the cinema was BLOODY COLD! then remembered the long sleeve top, flop it over my arms. sigh.. regretted wearing sandals.. shld have wear a covered shoe. my feet were freezing man! dunno y they on the air con till so cold.. FREE HUH? LOL and there was this guy, who cant seemed to speak softly.. talk so loud and there was someone ( i think a friend) who kept hushing him. HAHAHAH! idiot. wish i could throw my green peas at him.
our drinks. i ordered.. er.. mocktail i think. cranberry mixed w/ xxxx. lol, cant remember le. jaja n claire shared one drink coz it was BIG FISH xxxx. they ran out of glasses and had to split the drink into 2 glasses. imagine lah, half of that drink was the same as my 1 mocktail liao. heng i din insist on having big fish otherwise.. *looks at claire aka my dustbin*. LOL! cant even finish my NY Fish n chips (oh, all 3 of us ordered the same.. LOL!) and gotta ask claire to fin some of my fries. haha.
juz nice, we had to walk over to the spot claire went on friday. kinda, digest the food lah.
on the bridge, crossing over to the other side, juz in front of the fireworks display. claire felt that the scenery was rather nice, so.. snap snap snap. edited this pic. fyi, we din take 3 together. yep, spent alot of effort on this pic. nice huh? got the idea while looking at rena's pix.

clift's now in macau enjoying himself!!!! wah lau.. dont overdo leh.. hur hur. think i muz pressure jw into organising a trip liao!!

lol... i muz say.. FRANCE's THE BEST! its.... SO BEAUTIFUL!! omg. i really dont know what to say.. its sth that u cant put into words and the view i had there was superb. im seeing everything firsthand. its like the sky's my screen and they were playing the fireworks for me to see. could almost feel that its raining on me, there right in front of my eyes. stars showers.. *.*
and the finale.. it was perfect! it juz went on and on and on, kept popping! and it sorta covered the whole sky. my jaw practically went down lor. its something that i will NEVER EVER FORGET! its too beautiful and im glad that i didnt miss that show.. sigh.. juz so memorable. imagine u were the only person there w/ your loved one watching such beautiful scene.. how romantic eh? lol. oh! and perhaps you can use that chance to propose to your missus! haha. she'll be so touched! i think, it'll be the most memorable proposal... ^.^vv
