shucks man, i had A WHOLE LOT OF IDeAS running through my head last night! I'd wanted to get my netboook out and quickly type it or maybe create a note in my hp so that i'll not forget BUT! due to my laziness, i did NEITHER! so my brain is kinda 'empty' now on what rants / rubbish / craps that i wanted to spill here! ugh. it was running through so fast and much that i couldn't sleep man!

*Just to side track abit - Went for Bloomberg Training today. am quite fortunate to be the one chosen to go, because of this training, i actually went to do a check on Bloomberg. So when the trainers were introducing it as well as their founder - Michael Bloomberg, I wasn't like one of those blur fuk lor. Least I know who are they talking about. Won myself a Bloomberg mug by answering one of their Q. YAY!*

okies... lemme try to recap bit by bit...

First off, i went to make another pair of specs.... it's a geeky pair of specs... gahahahha. i dunno why but i just find it kinda cool. didn't realise that till aaron asked me why do i wanna look nerdy. to look otaku is cool, so that other people will not notice you since they'll more likely pay more attention to people who look nice. so im kinda staying away. off.the.grid. *you'll find this familar if you read jeffrey deaver's novels*

so, i was pretty successful esp with when PP smsed me this:

Gahahahha!!!!! Everyone whom I met, I'd asked them this question - Do i look nerdy not? 98% said YES!!! Only 2 odd ones said NO! *Grrrrrr*

So, I decided to take a pic of my geeky specs on my cactuar... coz no matter how hard i tried on me, the pic looked bad. don't have that geeky effect, face looked so oily - now to think of it, that's kinda like the whole image it's supposed to be right? Damn... anyways, sent a MMS to master lil, instead of asking her to view it from my blog coz... wait she realised that im always using such stuffs to lure her over and will not fall for it next time. lol. Funnily, 1st thing she noticed was my cactuar.. which was.. expected lah.



aiya, i have alot of things all dun remember what to type le. and its 1.32am now. abit brain tired liao. sheesh, why must my LING GAN come at such odd hour de?!?!?!? like when i was showering, as if i can touch electronic devices without getting electricuted! or when sleeping, how the hell do i type when im sleeping???? is there such device where everything that i'm thinking of in my brain can send waves (think wi-fi) to my blog or sth so that they'll save as drafts first? least it wun DISAPPEAR. sigh..

okies, time to go sleep. tired. off.the.grid. lol. sorry, cant stop saying that. just finished reading jeffrey deaver's The Broken Window. Next is to unwrap my Time Traveller's wife.. so long liao. Good nights all. Pity that the funnier, more entertaining part cant be input here due to my inspirations coming at untimely hour.

My JP Morgan run was over in an hour's time! Yes, its only a 5.6km run but, the excitement ended so quickly. It was quite an experience for me, as I didn't know that there'll be so many organisations and people taking part!!

I'm not sure if it's their first time doing such event however, I'd realised that some parts are not really organised.

Heh, Hachiko really kept to his word and accompanied me! I tried to run to the max however I could only covered 2km max I guess. So, it was on off walk/run till the ending stage, where Hachiko was trying to boost me up, to finish the last part running, that was when I really bit my teeth and run without giving up.

We went over to Popeye to have dinner as it was the nearest and no one has any clue where to eat. It was pretty awkward earlier as it was the first time we were so close to Jeannie and didn't know what to do with her or to say to her. However, to my surprise, the atmosphere was quickly changed to a fun and comfortable one. We had shared some laughs, she shared some of her work experience with us, some local clues like NS, etc.

Well, we were left with one BIG piece of chicken and that useless PP couldn't finish it up. He ate only 1 big, 1 small and a drumlet that I'd threw into his plate lor. Ended up, Jeannie was asking around, who wanted to have that last piece and everyone was waving the white flag. So, she took it. Everyone was gaping at her lor i tell u! She's quite small size and we didn't know she could eat so much! She'd wanted to order more food initially man! Luckily we managed to stop her.

I'm not sure about the rest, but me, I definitely have lotsa fun that day and I get to see my buddy, pp & von! My memorable JP Morgan run. :D

Guess what? I'm now lying on my new sofa that had arrived today along with the new coffee table. It felt so great! Unfortunately (I'm starting to hate this word too because it reminded me of work, where I have to use it quite often. Grrrrr!!!!!), it also made me realised that I'd picked the wrong side for the sofa. It's a L shape sofa you see, and somehow the showroom at ikea affected my visualisation of my living room. Well, just gotta made do with it. Next shall be a trip down to xxx place (not that I'm trying to keep it a secret but I really have no idea where my mom nor my cousin will be bringing us to.

Bleh, I actually had alot of things to type when I entered the shower earlier but the moment I stepped out of the toilet, the thoughts disappeared as quickly as they come. It's like, there's some inspiration zapper outside the toilet.

Did I mention *sorry if I kept repeating stuffs because I really can't remember if I'd type it out before* that some inconsiderate SO actually SHITED and PEE-ed on the staircase landing. How yucky is that?!?!?! That's very disgusting if you asked me. So now whenever I need to leave for work or to return from work, I quickly dash up the stairs. Treat it as my training for my coming run lah.

cw helped to email to the service apartment's customer service to request for late checkout (too excited that I'd forgot to check on the check in/out time) as well as to request for our rooms to be next to one another. Easier to rendezvous mah.. heh.

Felt it kinda weird, why people buy Playstation 3 but don't really play it? Its like, they buy it just because it's ps3 that's all. Abit under utilised no? hmm.. might as well loan it to me, i can help them to fully use it. heh. Who? Who got ps3 but don't play it that often?? LEND MEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gahahahhahahaha.

Food aint as fantastic as I ate during my first trip there. So I was kinda disappointed. After our breakfast, we went to my place to jam. :D

It was really fun man, as my drum, guitar and microphone are all fully utilised. YAY! We are looking forward to the next jamming session. Hopefully this time I'll be able to get Street Fighter IV by our next gaming session and also to try Left 4 Dead at LAN shops.

To side track a bit, it has been a Love-Hate relationship between me, Marcus and Dom. I was looking forward to interact with them but the environment made it too scary for me to really enjoy it. In case if you still do not realise where I'm heading to, it's actually Gears of War II. It has been some time since I'd last played the GOW 1 and have been waiting patiently for the second installment. Clifton and I had managed to complete it in a mere 8 hours. To finish GOW II and The Godfather II had made me felt kinda empty somehow.. Not knowing what to do next. And funnily, I'd a really strange dream. It was like a mixture of GoW and X-men fantasy type, to walk through a bridge that was built in the sky, it was so realistic that I could almost feel myself walking in it, that I could see the clouds surrounding it, the way it sway in the air... It was too surreal.

Oh, i'd decided to make a really Otaku pair of specs. Shall post a pic of it once I collect it.
Now, am trying to adjust to my new frameless specs and it's making my eyes watered but now, it's more or less getting better. Didn't know that there's such big difference between wearing framed and frameless specs. :/

Had finally made a trip down to ikea at tampines with Car and Jer. Found a really nice sofa to replace the old one, made a trip to Courts which was like just next door, got my new bed *YAY!*. Sigh, been spending too much. With the minor renovating of the kitchen which cost $2k+, sofa and coffee table @ $1.5K, my upcoming trip.... :(
How I wish I have a wallet that will keep growing money. hehe. :P

Okies, maybe I'm getting tired, am starting to ramble about nothings. Good nights. Gotta work tomorrow. Sigh........ lol. This Thursday will be my JP Morgan 5.6k run.. which I think I'll make it into a 5.6k walk. Haha. Wonder how far can I run till I give up. :/

This year, no, this May is gonna be an exciting month for me!!!!!

I'll be going to Thailand, Bangkok with Clifton, Chee Wah, Eileen, Kelly Yang, her husband & her sister. Had just finished booking my flights (its damn cheap lor, taking Jetstar and it cost me $340+ for 2 adults!) and I get to choose my seats too. Thanks to Chee Wah for doing those researches. Heh. Had booked my seats to be quite near his while going to Thailand and will be sitting behind him on the way back. Hopefully all goes well and is not screwed up. *cross fingers & toes*

And also managed to booked a service apartment/hotel too at a cheap rate. It is like SGD74 per night excluding taxes but still, its cheaper than staying in hotel. Which I just realised that they have one in Japan, Shinjuku!! OMG! If only I'd found this treasure earlier, maybe I'll get to save more $$. Anyways, for the cheap accomodation, thanks baby. :)
No matter if it's not what I'd expected or maybe is better than what I'd expected, it's still an experience all the same and you wouldn't know how is it gonna be like till you see it with your own eyes right? Heh.

Its my wish come true, to go Thailand. Think I'd mentioned in my earlier posts that my other group of friends were actually planning to go to Thailand. Somehow, one by one, from very on till no reply at all. Pity PP is going in July, otherwise he can join us too. :/

So, what's new in April? It is time to meet up with friends.

Oh oh!! Did i mention that I'll be going to Thailand in May?? YAY!!! Gonna save up for that trip! Pity that Rene is in Singapore, would love to visit her in Bangkok, to see her speaking Thai. xD

Gotten a data sim with ultimate plan with this netbook, but since I'm using wireless at home already, I'll be logged on with my home broadband more of the time. So, thinking of it while i was in the showers, this data plan kinda doesn't work out well for me. The penalty is $535, so if I'm to calculate, $535 + $398 = $900+. It'll almost equate to buying one netbook at retail price no? Then, I began thinking, what if, I need to use the mobile broadband OUTSIDE? OUTSIDE = 1% i guess, since my current workplace installed a wireless network, which only US knows the password. *evil grin* Then I don't need the mobile broadband right? How about when I'm over at Clifton's place? Maybe? But hey! Isn't Jeremy moving in temporary after he and my sis gets hitched? 8mbps is going to be pretty s-l-o-w for the two of us no? Well, i can always upgrade the plan to 12mbps! Sigh. Am even thinking of getting a 3 way splitter to separate my internet, home line and television. That will come later, when I'm not feeling lazy to do so. Hey... once I'd made up my mind, I'll do it one ok!

I'm still trying not to cringe when I heard ang moh speaking singlish. It just feels weird when they tries to do that. It's almost like listening to poser speaking American English with a horrible fake accent? Come on lah, living overseas for 3~4years doesn't change your accent overnight. That reminded me of those girls (yes, especially them) with Ang Moh boyfriend, *to clarify, in case you start protesting that your friend or whoever whoever ain't lidat, it's those girls whom i saw at work. No, not my working colleagues lah* they'd act like they are so high and mighty. Sure, they dresses nice and looks great (well, some of them) but the moment they started opening their mouths, that whole "looks great" image shattered like some fragile glass.

Somehow, those posers reminded me of the female toilets. I'd long wanted to put those super disgusting toilet pics up, on how those people uses and treats the toilet. Imagine, some can be so disgusting that the poor cleaning lady gotta clean up those uncouth AND uncivilized people's shits! You think you wanna touch those SUPERLY clogged toilet bowls filled with SHITS, toilet PAPERS, BLOODIED PADS and god knows what else was in there!

+ Entering the toilet which immediately shoves up a damn NICE smelling "air freshener" into your nostrils?

+ Or, entering a cubicle to find the toilet seats are all smear with the all time favourite beverage? I seriously would love to find out how the hell did they manage to stain not only their frikking panties or whatever but also the toilet seats! I mean, they don't put their virginal (oh wow, i found something very interesting on the web. Scroll all the way down later to read it) on the seat itself right? Or wipe it there right?

+ Taking the fact that most of the toilets are equipped with automated flushing system (AFS), usually you'd wait for the toilet to flush before leaving the cubicle no? Some don't, they can pee finish, leave. And if the AFS happened to be faulty how?

+ oh oh!! Or how about leaving your pads with wings lying about, exposing your dirty blood so share with the rest of the population huh huh?? You can have a choice of placing them on a) The floor near the toilet seat, so that the next person who uses the toilet will get to see them in clear view, or b) Place it on the toilet paper dispenser's plastic cover, so that it'll drop anytime once the sticky portion is no longer sticky and falls *piak* on some winner's hand when pulling the toilet paper? or c) on the bin's cover, so whoever is having the same AV day as you, will have to test their ninja skills when pulling up the cover to throw their pads away in a considerate manner? or d) put it either faced down if you don't want whoever is lucky enough to put their bags / paper bags / files on the ledge, juz behind the toilet bowl or let it faced up so that the blood may become sticky after some combustion with the air and stick onto their bags and let them carry it around as a form of fashion accessory?

Edited: To add on, I'd forgotten to type what is the point I'm driving at with the above ramblings. Will those people do that to their own toilet at home? Will they pee all over the place? Pee and shit and still forget or not to flush it till the next battle player? Will they leave their pads lying about? WILL THEY? Kudos and m( _._ )m if they do. Li Hai!!

Geez, i think there's seriously something wrong with my data sim or what? It's not working as well as my own normal sim (with data plan implanted), not as fast. Gonna get to replace tomorrow and see if the same problem still persist. If it does.... God forbid, as that's the last thing I ever want to do.. Bring it down to LG service centre for servicing. *bangs head on wall*
